SIOR Spring Event 2025: Connecting with Industry Leaders in Las Vegas

Every spring, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) brings together top-performing brokers from around the country for a high-impact conference focused on learning, connection and market insight. This year’s SIOR Spring Event is taking place May 6–9 in Las Vegas—and I’m excited to be attending.

As a proud industrial specialist member of the Northern California | Northern Nevada Chapter and the Independent Broker Group, I value the opportunity this event provides to reconnect with industry peers, meet new colleagues and gain fresh perspective from thought leaders in the commercial and industrial real estate space.

Why SIOR Matters

SIOR isn’t just a designation—it’s a standard. With fewer than 3,900 designees globally, SIOR represents a commitment to ethics, expertise and proven performance. These are values I’ve built my own business on.

This event gives me the opportunity to represent the Reno industrial market on a national stage while staying ahead of trends that directly impact my clients. From discussions on capital markets to strategies for tenant representation, the sessions are tailored for brokers who don’t just participate in their market—but help shape it.

What I’m Looking Forward To

Beyond the panels and breakout sessions, what I really look forward to is the connection. The deals, the referrals, the collaborative problem-solving—it all starts with relationships. SIOR has always been a place where genuine conversations lead to real opportunities.

I’ll be attending sessions related to industrial leasing trends, market outlooks and creative deal structuring. These insights don’t just stay in the room—they come back to Northern Nevada with me and translate into strategic value for my clients.

And let’s be honest—it doesn’t hurt that it’s happening in Las Vegas. A few days of neon, networking and knowledge-sharing sounds like the perfect spring reset.

Let’s Connect

If you’re also attending the SIOR Spring Event, I’d love to connect. Whether we’ve worked together before or we’ve only traded emails, stop me and say hello—or better yet, reach out in advance to schedule a time to meet.
